How to take the test
- Place one finger in the work area.
- Add fingers and watch the counter.
- Remove your fingers and make sure the dots disappear.
How to understand the result
The number of touches is limited by the entire chain: sensor, OS and browser. The mouse does not count as touch touch.
Compare multiple runs under the same conditions. Then change one factor: connection, device, or setting. If the symptom persists, repeat the test on another device and save the conditions - this will help to more accurately describe the problem to support.
