How to take the test
- Select a short audio file or embedded example.
- Compare correlation, mono attenuation, and marked areas.
- Listen to stereo and mono at low volume; save the report.
How to understand the result
Analysis of decoded PCM at 48 kHz: correlation and channel energy. This is not LUFS, nor True Peak, nor is it an automatic mix quality assessment. Up to 60 seconds, 8 MiB and two channels.
Compare multiple runs under the same conditions. Then change one factor: connection, device, or setting. If the symptom persists, repeat the test on another device and save the conditions - this will help to more accurately describe the problem to support.

Where is my file uploaded?
The file is read locally by the browser. Decoding, analysis and listening do not require sending audio to the server.
Why is the correlation not always equal to one?
For stereo recordings, the channels may vary. A value below one in itself does not mean an error; changes during summation and specific areas are important.
Why can I hear my voice only in one earphone?
Perhaps one recording channel is empty. The analyzer will show this for the file; Physical headphones are tested separately by testing the left and right channels.
