How to take the test
- Stop downloads and select a duration.
- Run the test and leave the tab visible.
- Compare the results using Wi-Fi and cable under similar conditions.
How to understand the result
A failed HTTP probe does not equal a lost IP packet. Time in a sleeping device is not considered an interruption.
Compare multiple runs under the same conditions. Then change one factor: connection, device, or setting. If the symptom persists, repeat the test on another device and save the conditions - this will help to more accurately describe the problem to support.
